so this is an idea i have. from both ends there is an entrance that also provides sitting area. the center is a fountain and there is a lower level underneath. for more private space. the fountain is on a platform which creates a over hang for the lower level. there will be a semi private area in each side of the site with underground paths leading to the center
I find it really interesting that in the German Pavillion you extruded the walls from the first floor up through the upper plane above to create space. Here I see thay you have done the opposite and extruded the ground plane down to create a space below. I like it.I think you could sketch a really great diagrame where you are pushing down and pulling up.
With that said, it's still interesting that in a way created a sort of stadium space in section. May this isn't so centralized and symmetrical as you have it.. maybe this can become something that addresses and edge condition?
There are definitely some interesting ideas going on here, it would be cool if the platform its self was designed in such a way that it could be used by a very few determined individuals.
