this is interesting, but what about people who look up? it may sound silly, but being in an urban environment with such a visual edge condition.. wouldn't you look up too? I used to look for the Prudential at night to find my way home.. it may not be from upclose, but far away people see more of the building.
So why are people at 3 different levels? Which way are you facing in this section?
